On Monday 26 January, the APPG heard presentations from a selection of trade unions representing frontline workers. Each spoke of the experience of violence in the workplace, and the policy and regulatory changes being sought.

Evidence was heard from:

James Ratcliffe, Health and Safety Advisor, USDAW (Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers)
